Provoke 'Hint of Sunshine' blond boost spray REVIEW.

Sooo... I bought this product a few months ago. I had been trying honey lightening my hair for quite some time, with zero results, so I thought it was time to turn to peroxide... I haven't been using it a ton, but I have used it enough for there to be some kind of visible result... I see no difference at all. And my hair hasn't been the least dry or angry, so I don't know... And I have both tried following the instructions and not. It just doesn't really have any effect. I know it says it's for blonds only but I like the brassiness. I refuse to believe that it works on blond hair... Or any hair. :S

So, I don't know if I'll finish this product or not. But later today I'm gonna turn to the big peroxide guns and do some highlights and blonder pieces here and there!!! I feel great excitement! I'm not too concerned with the potential damage, my hair can take it. It's actually pretty resilient. :)

UPDATE: I still don't like it and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. :(

Okay! :) I don't know if you can tell, but in this pic I'm very close to classic length! But I felt like havin' a little trim so now I just set myself back a little.  My ends where getting a bit uneven so it was purely cosmetic. :) I haven't had that many split ends lately so they where nice and soft and not that tangle prone. But I just felt like it and I wanted to work a bit more on my U-hemline. And it's always wonderful to get rid of some old dye 'n' damage. :) I did cut off a nice chunk...

I finally tried Feye's self trimming method, the U-hemline version obviously. I've known about her methods for several years but I find them freakin' scary. It's genius but maybe not the most accurate method ever... But I did it, and I'm happy with the result so I won't complain. :D It was a bit difficult to get a proper shot because the sun went down, and it's never done that before! XD Well, I hope you can sense the result from the two pictures below. I think it looks pretty decent! ^_____^

So yeah... And as the title reads, it has nothing to do with devil worshipping. I know it has been used as  something like that, or at least a taunt against certain religions, but I really like the message in the original "tale". I really like layers. :) (So I guess if you don't know about the Cross of Peter, you'll be googling it now. I know I would! XD)

Very recently I reached a growing-out-bangs-stage where I like to thin them out a little (with a nice pair of thinning scissors and not a razor). And then I washed my hair and did an overnight deep treatment and rinsed it out in the morning. As always, my "bangs" dried first, and when they did, OH LORD, BE HOLD!!! Look at that little pretty curly-wave... *wiping away tears* And both sides did that... I just think this is excellent evidence that I HAVE to go 'n' get a curl defining product!!! And SOON that be!!! :3 AAAWWWWW! I feel the happiness...

I'm not that far from classic length anymore, slowly creeping closer. :) And I'm not hatin' too much on my ends, which feels really nice. I think they look okay. Generally I'm really happy with the quality of my hair. And the dyed ends are now at hip length, yay!

I'M GOING TO MURDER MY HAIR!....

Not really, I'm just going to lighten my hair colour a bit with a hydrogen peroxide spray, similar to  'Sun-In' and the very popular John Frieda 'Go Blonder Controlled Lightening Spray'. I have been trying to naturally lighten my hair with a blend of honey, extra virgin olive oil and cinnamon, because no damage has been reported using this method, but it does nothing to my hair colour and it's an extremely messy process. I just got tired of the dripping and wash out when nothing happened. I've researched A LOT about the honey method for years, so I doubt that I'm missing anything... Anyways, I've just recently noticed this kind of spray here in Denmark. It was on sale and I was starting to think about other ways to lighten my hair. I'm not that concerned about the possible damage because it's very gradual, so I can just stop using it if it gets horrible. I'm planning on applying it 2-4 times a month at first. It obviously depends on the results.

This one is an absolutely beautiful colour, but it's a bit dark for what I'm going for.

So, I'm basically going for a lighter version of my natural hair colour. :) I'm not tired of how my reversed ombre looks but I'm tired of the fact that because of the darker ends my hair looks brown and not red, which is what I consider it to be. I've also had it for over two years, so I feel like it's time to move on. Also when I go ahead and do this spray thing, I know that I won't grow tired of lighter ends when I decide to grow it out, because it will look awesome! And you could call it an exaggerated version of what my hair naturally does, colour wise. :) I'm very excited about this project!
